Mosaic ("I," "me," "my") respects your privacy, especially given the personal, and sometimes sensitive, nature of the work I do. This policy explains what information I collect, how I use it, and the choices you have.

1. What I Collect

Depending on how you interact with this site, I may collect:

  • Contact information you provide directly: name, email address, and pronouns (for community hangout sign-ups).

  • Booking information when you schedule a free consultation call (name, email, and any details you choose to share about your organization or situation).

  • Newsletter sign-up information: your email address, if you opt in.

  • Anthology submissions: any written work, artwork, or personal narrative you voluntarily submit, along with the name or pseudonym you choose to submit it under.

  • Basic website usage data (pages visited, general location by IP, browser type) collected automatically for site performance — I do not use this to build advertising profiles.

2. What I Don't Collect

  • I do not collect information from anyone I know or have reason to believe is under 18. The community hangouts and anthology submissions are explicitly for adults 18 and older.

  • I do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. Ever.

3. How I Use Your Information

  • To respond to inquiries and schedule consultation calls.

  • To send you the newsletter, if you've opted in (you can unsubscribe anytime).

  • To include your anthology submission in community publications, only with your explicit permission and only under the name/pseudonym you choose.

  • To improve the site and understand how people are using it.

4. Confidentiality of the Community Space

The community hangouts and anthology submissions are built to be a "no-performance" safe space. That means:

  • I do not share who attends community hangouts with anyone outside Mosaic.

  • Anthology submissions are only published with your clear, separate consent, and you control what name (or pseudonym) is attached to your work.

  • If you ever want a past submission removed or edited, contact me directly — you're always in control of your own words.

5. Third-Party Tools

This site uses third-party services to operate, including but not limited to: Wix/hosting provider, [Google Forms, for submissions, Calendly, and [email newsletter provider]. Each of these providers has its own privacy practices, and I encourage you to review them. I only share the minimum information necessary for these tools to function.

6. Data Storage & International Users

Mosaic operates between Israel and international clients. Depending on where you're located, different privacy laws may apply to you (such as Israel's Privacy Protection Law, GDPR for EU visitors, or U.S. state privacy laws). I aim to handle your data responsibly regardless of where you're located.

7. Your Rights

You can, at any time:

  • Ask what information I have on file for you.

  • Ask me to correct or delete it.

  • Unsubscribe from the newsletter.

  • Withdraw consent for a published anthology submission.
